Much of my work today involves the use of Flash technology.  Without the help of Justin Dike, my nephew and the Flash guru who made CartoonSmart one of the premier Flash tutorial sites on the internet, I would never have been able to master this great technology.  If you're looking for more info on any aspect of Flash design, CartoonSmart is for you.

If you're in the audio production business, whether for live sound, recording or installation of sound systems in clubs, churches and other venues, you need to get to know Chick Cusick and the guys at Atlanta Pro Audio. They supply pro equipment to top audio professionals throughout the Southeastern United States and beyond. They carry every top line and, best of all, they'll treat you like you matter. Chick's golf game kinda sucks, but he's a great guy and APA is THE vendor for pro audio gear.

Another significant part of my work is producing audio… from cartoon and character voicings to ambient backgrounds… for Flash designers and multimedia producers.  For character animations, there is nobody better than Andy Gertler, at Flashbooty.  If you need a cartoon or a game designed for a website or for something else, Flashbooty is King!

When I need a great female voice, Michele Torres is the one.  In addition to having a variety of voices and characters at her disposal, Michele also does Spanish language translations and voicing.  And on top of all that, she's a genuine one-of-a-kind, wonderful human being.

Atlanta-based musician/producer David Waehner is one of the most talented folks I know, and the owner of DW Productions. If you need original music, someone to produce a demo for your band or a co-writer for that song you've been working on, but have been unable to finish, David is hands-down the best resource in Atlanta.

I recently completed a new web site for Sharon Meyer Interiors, and even though the majority of links on this page are specific to my industry, I respect Sharon's work so much that a link to her site fits comfortably among those already on the page. Sharon is amazingly creative, and a genuinely good person. If remodeling is in your future, click the link and check out her business.

Back to the world of Flash resources and more.  If you're designing Flash movies, building websites, designing web graphics or whatever, you owe it to yourself to check out Community MX.  This site is the Mother Lode of tutorials, articles and more.  A GREAT resource.

While we're on the subject of resources, Multidmedia offers a superior mechanism for Flash applications designed for delivery via CD.  This is the software I use in delivering business card CD projects.  I suspect that they have more to offer than I'll ever use… these folks are some serious codeheads… but even for folks like me, they have the ability to make their software very user friendly.
